Inviting Users
Administrators can invite an unlimited number of users to join the 1Protection.AI platform. Users are essential for interacting with different integrations and ensuring that security policies are consistently enforced across the organization.
To invite users, navigate to the User Management section, where you can send invitations directly via email. Once the invitation is accepted, users can log in and start utilizing the platform.
Managing Users
As an administrator, you have several options for managing users effectively:
Password Requests – Send password reset requests to users who may have forgotten their credentials or need to update their passwords.
Blocking and Deactivating Users – Temporarily block or deactivate users to restrict their access without fully removing them from the system.
Editing User Details – Modify user information and assign roles. Users can either be designated as standard users or administrators.

Administrators can change the roles of other users, toggling between standard User and Admin roles. However, administrators cannot alter their own roles.
